IoannisI dont have any question Andy, know you btw from Instagram my German friend :). I Just want this company to act like a reputable company. So that people know they can feel safe. If support never answers now, how will they react to possible questions and problems later?
1.Will EMO support other languages?
In addition to English, EMO will support major languages in the world.
Including but not limited to German,French,Italian,Spanish,Japanese, Korean ,Chinese are in
our schedule.We may upgrade our language base in the future and update it via OTA for more
language options.

We will start shipping on Mar 2021.

2.Will we be charged with taxes and duties?
Normally, you won’t be charged for the import duty taxes. However, given the many different
regulations in different countries, we can’t 100% guarantee that.In addition, our logistics
company has years of experience and they know how to minimize the customs tax.
1.What about the privacy? because EMO has a camera
Please don’t worry about the privacy issue with Emo’s camera since Emo uses neural network
processors to process all the data locally,we don’t need upload imagesAs for the voice,we
directly send them to Alexa or google service,and we have no access to these data.
1.Can EMO recognize animals?
Yes! thanks to Emo’s neural network CPU and intellectual self-learning algorithm, we can train EMO to recognize your cat ,dog and objects!
2.Can EMO interact with another EMO?
Yes, Emo can recognize and interact with each other.
3.Does EMO have a sleep mode?
Of course,just say: EMO be quiet or EMO go to sleep. Also if EMO gets tired, he will take a rest.

Yes, Emo can express himself with simple words and answer easy questions.For complicated requests or questions, you can always ask the voice assistant (built-in) for help.
2.Can EMO play music by himself?
Yes. Emo can play music for you. He has a large speaker with two superior diaphragms that deliver high-quality sound.
3.Can the language of the voice assistant be changed?
Yes, you can change the basic language after we push the new language update.
4.Can I change the name of EMO?
Thank you for your suggestion. We may make this function available in the future, but for now, we want to keep the name of “Emo”.
1.What‘s the power plug type of smart light and charging port, are they EU compatible power plug?
The skateboard comes with a US (JP,CN) standard 2-pin socket, however, it can also be powered via
its USB-C port,so you can use your phone adapter.Emo Smart Light uses a US-standard 2-pin socket
as well. Right now, we don’t offer the adapter. You can use it with an extra adapter. Thanks for your
understanding!

Emo does not require a subscription

No other hidden fee with Emo,

1. How long can EMO play after charging?
Up to 4 hours after a full charge.
2.How long does it take to charge once?
About 2 hours on its skateboard.
3.Can EMO go back to his skateboard and charge himself?
EMO can’t go back to his charger now. If the battery is low, he will make sounds to ask you for help,
or go into the sleep mode.Later ,we will launch a smart charger called “EMO home stage” so that
EMO can go home on his own and charge himself. You can buy the “home stage” separetely.
