Returns & exchange policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! You can contact our customer service team (service@living.ai) by email first. We will solve all your return and exchange problems.

Please note exceptions to our Return and Refund Policy.
Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

  • Returns for non-product quality issues.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1.Contact our customer service team (service@living.ai) using the email address you used when you placed your order. Provide your order number and the help you need from us.
2.Send back the item you need a refund or exchange to us using the label provided.
3.After returning the item, please keep the courier receipt and send the tracking number to our customer service team.
4.We will process a refund or exchange for you.
